This knife is tough enough to take apart a chicken, but delicate enough to dice onions without making you cry (I can't really vouch for that last claim, but it would cut an onion, no probs).
Despite the wide blade and robust tip, the full tang construction gives a balanced feeling. Being relatively thin overall and having a low bevel angle, it feels light and easy to use.

The blade is forged from an old truck leaf spring and the handle is highly figured Big Leaf Maple, vacuum stabilized for longevity/durability.
